HOW TO BUY

Browse our showcase and choose the products you want to buy. Each product you choose will go into the shopping cart on the right-hand side of the screen. When you have chosen all the products, click on the button/link and from there you can log in with your saved details or you can buy our products as a guest, you will need to fill in the forms and select the payment method. It's as simple as that...

Shipping Policy: Portugal (flat rate €4.80), Rest of Europe (flat rate €10.00).

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

The Naki Handmade store currently accepts payments via ATM and the MBway service.

RETURNS

Please follow the procedures below to proceed with the return/exchange:

Please contact us at vendas@naki.pt, explaining the reason for the return/exchange.

After we reply to your email, please send the item(s) you wish to return/exchange to the address indicated in the email.

Note: Make sure that all items have not been used or washed.

Note: We recommend that you use a registered shipping service that provides you with a tracking code. Loja Naki Handmade is not responsible for return/exchange costs, except for returns/exchanges of defective items or items that differ from the order placed.
