WATAMU because it is the name of a beach area in Kenya, where the idea of creating this brand came about.
All products are carefully crafted in Kenya by a community of Maasai artisans, using quality leather and ceramic beads. Attention to detail matters, and each piece is 100% handmade, from the leather cutting to the individual beadwork and hardware. Naki products are the result of a blend of culture, quality, comfort, and style!
This color combination was chosen with the aim of being more neutral and versatile and with the added factor of reminding us of the sand and palm trees of Watamu!
